Our Melbourne location is a modern 10,000 square foot facility, and we have the latest in equipment and technology. Our strong emphasis on quality medicine and top-caliber client service has allowed us to serve the South Brevard area since 1964.

What We Do

Preventive Care

Preventive care is one of the most important aspects of pet care. It helps to ensure that your pet’s health and well-being are maintained by providing regular checkups and vaccinations. Regular visits to the vet can help identify any illnesses or conditions early on, allowing for more effective treatment options.

Dental Care Center

Dental health is a very important part of your pet’s overall well-being as dental problems can cause other health problems. Lifelong proactive dental care will improve a pet’s health and well-being. Your pet’s teeth and gums should be checked at least once a year by your veterinarian and problems should be addressed in the early stages.

Surgery Center

At AMC some of our doctors have a special interest in surgery and have taken the time to develop expertise in a wide range of surgical procedures from general surgery such as spay, neuter, and tumor removals to more advanced procedures such as orthopedic surgery. We are well-equipped to handle fractures, luxating patella’s, ruptured cruciate ligaments, and many other problems.

At AMC, we care for more than just dogs and cats; we understand that many 'other pets' complete your family. While your goal is to keep them happy, our mission is to ensure their health. Our expertise extends to ferrets, rabbits, rodents, as well as birds, reptiles, tortoises, and turtles!

Range of expertise/diversity

If your pet has a specialized problem, we will schedule you with one of our 16 doctors who has special interest and expertise in that area, providing full service for nearly every pet’s need.
